Frostline
With no reflective surface on this lamp the low
voltage halogen light spills out in all directions
making this lamp an ideal lamp for colored glass
pendant fixtures. By using this non-reflective lamp
the glass pendant as well as the surrounding area
is well illuminated. Many of the existing colored
glass pendants use standard MR-16 with dichroic
reflectors. While these reflectors still spill light
to the back of the lamp to illuminate the glass
however it changes the color of the glass because
of the dichroic filter and it causes color shift
over time. The Frostline lamp is the designer’s
best choice for a low voltage source that will bring
out the true colors in colored glass pendants. |

beam with an aluminum reflector design that eliminates
the undesirable dichroic back-spill. It also offers
